FAQs
What’s the difference between Life Coaching and Therapy?
Therapy is typically a longer-term process that focuses on healing emotional wounds, unpacking past experiences, and working through mental health challenges. It’s often centered around diagnosis, introspection, and analysis, and is led by a licensed therapist or counselor.
Life Coaching, on the other hand, is more future-focused and action-oriented. Coaches support you in clarifying goals, identifying obstacles, and creating strategies to move forward. It’s less about the “why” and more about the “what now?”
What makes Integrative Wellness Coaching different?
Integrative Wellness Coaching is unique because it blends the best of both worlds: inner healing and outer action.
Rather than focusing only on mindset or behaviour change, this approach works from the Inside Out and the Outside In—addressing core issues like limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and old patterns alongside practical tools, goal setting, and lifestyle shifts.
It’s grounded in the Holistic Life Model, which recognises that we all have four core systems:
🧠 Mental
💖 Emotional
💪🏽 Physical
✨ Spiritual
True transformation comes when all four are supported in harmony.
What healing modalities do you use?
The healing tools I use are always tailored to your needs and preferences. I’ll only introduce something if it feels aligned and resonant for you.
Some of the modalities I may draw from include:
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)
Breathwork & Meditation
Reiki (Level 2 Certified)
These tools are integrated into our coaching process to support healing, insight, and real, embodied change.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends entirely on your goals, current challenges, and how deep you’d like to go. We'll talk about this on your free discovery call.
At the beginning of our work together, we’ll agree on a timeframe and structure that supports your growth and makes the most of our time together—whether that’s a short-term breakthrough or a longer journey of transformation.
